Neil Walker

Head of Global Hub Europe, Head of Shared Operations Poland

Neil joined RBS on the graduate scheme in October 2006 after graduating from UEA with a BSc (Hons) Applied Computing and a MA Economics and International Relations. Neil started his graduate program in Property Management even though he was meant to be on the Real Estate Structured Products graduate scheme. Neil moved onto outsourcing the EMEA property function to CBRE before moving to the Netherlands as Head of Business Management for the country. Neil has had a number of roles across the bank, including recently working in Capital Resolution as the COO for CR EMEA.

Neil moved to Poland in May 2017 as Head of Operations before taking on the role as Head of GHE in July. Neil also has a MSc Facilities and Environmental Management from UCL and is a keen sportsman and runner.
