Enterprise Services Delivery Management Manager, Microsoft

Małgorzata Gryz is holding the position of the Enterprise Services Delivery Management Manager responsible for the end to end Support & Consulting Services business aspects, leading the Team of 20 people. Until June 2015, she was in the role of Partners Business & Development Manager of Microsoft, Polish subsidiary.  She has been MS employee since almost 10 years, previously holding the positions of the Customers & Partners Experience Lead in Poland, and 3 years – responsible for leadership & management development in the CEE Region.  Prior to joining Microsoft, Małgorzata was working for HP as the Leadership & Talent Development Lead in EMEA Region.  Before she was holding the position of a General Manager of the Institute for Business Development – learning, development & project business operating in Poland, Ukraine & Baltics.

Małgorzata Gryz started her professional career in Unilever, the FMCG company in 2002 where she spent 8 years, working in the Marketing, Sales & HR positions.  She holds the Masters’ degree in the politology & social sciences with a journalism faculty.  She studied also foreign trade and languages in Warsaw.  She is a native Polish, speaking fluent English, good Russian & intermediate Spanish.  She is a professional MBTI coach.

She loves politics, reading, gardening, bicycling and enjoys time with the family & friends.  Since 12 years she has been mentoring people in different people development & business disciplines.  She was delighted to become a Vital Voices mentor 3 years ago and is honored to get her own mentor within the VV program this year.
