Irmina Wrotecka

Human Resources professional with over 25 years of experience in the field of Human Resources & Management. Irmina started her professional career in higher education institutions as lecturer and in Business Consultancy. In 1991 she joined the Coca-Cola System and since then progressed her career in various roles in the area of Human Resources Management both locally and internationally. She held the positions of Operational HR Director in Coca-Cola Beverages in Central and Eastern Europe, Regional HR Director and then Group Talent & Organizational Development Director in Coca-Cola Hellenic.

Currently Irmina is the Advisor to General Manager in Coca-Cola HBC in Poland. She is married and has 2 daughters.
