Agata Lem-Kulig

Head of Operations, MetLife TUnŻiR S.A.

Agata holds a position of Head of Operations and a Board Member in MetLife TUnŻiR S.A. since 2014.

She joined MetLife TUnŻiR in 1996. In the course of her experience in the company she held a number of managerial positions within Operations combining both the functions related to customer service and customer retention.

Currently as the Head of Operations she oversees following departments: Underwriting and Policy Issuance, Claims & Complaints, Customer Service, Call Center and Sales Support driving operational excellence and customer experience improvement. She coordinates transformational programs aimed at efficiency increase and digitization.

Working for MetLife she had opportunity to participate in global and regional  programs focused on process excellence and building employees engagement.

She believes that the most important in work is passion, driving change, collaboration and teamwork.

Apart from her regular job activities, she is involved in the works of Polish Insurance Association committees. In 2013 she was awarded by the Association for an input to the development of the Polish insurance market.

Agata holds a MA degree from University of Wrocław. She lives in Warsaw with her husband and two kids.
