Marta Czarniawska

Marta Czarniawska, BPMS Manager in Coca-Cola HBC Polska is a finance background professional currently dealing with business performance improvement systems. In her role, Marta is bridging strategy and execution by applying a holistic approach to the annual business cycle and by setting strategic priorities at each organizational level for every function. Marta started her professional career in PwC participating in and then managing financial audits of FMCG companies. She continued gaining financial expertise in Coca-Cola HBC Polska by enhancing the control environment in her role as member and then head of the audit department and by leading strategic functional and cross-functional financial projects.
