Justyna Milewska

Justyna is a legal advisor since 2008 and since October 2016 – the Head of Real Estate team at Deloitte Legal. Prior to joining Deloitte Legal, she worked at real estate practice of Hogan Lovells for more than 9 years. She specialises in real estate transactions.

Justyna also helps her clients in matters connected with investment processes, planning, and construction, including civil law and administrative law issues. She has also been engaged in numerous due diligence, project finance, and litigation projects as well as advisory regarding commercial lease, including negotiation of lease agreements and day-to-day advisory regarding asset management issues. Justyna is the author of many legal opinions prepared for clients seeking practical solutions to their legal problems, as well as specialist press articles concerning real estate matters.

In her practice, Justyna has worked for institutional and private investors, developers, banks, landlords, and tenants. She worked on projects concerning retail, office, hotel, warehouse and residential properties, but also selected issues regarding railway or mine areas.

She has been a certified legal adviser in Poland since 2008, and has also completed EU, English and Spanish law courses. Justyna is fluent in English.
