WE Payments & EMEA MIFT  Department Head, CSC Poland

Joanna is managing Department of WE Payments & EMEA MIFT, reporting to CSC Poland TTS Head The structure of 90+ staff in both locations Warsaw and Olsztyn,  managed by 12 Supervisors  with  responsibility of  delivery various  services  across  40 EMEA countries:  Payments,  ACH clearings, cheque processing, Trade Loans, Investigations, SEPA & International Mass Payments traffic  monitoring and wide scope of  controls around Manually Initiated Fund transfers. Department provide service in 6 languages.

Joanna coordinate EMEA MIFT Reduction Program with very close cooperation with Regional Product Team, Clusters’ TTS representatives

19 years (out of 24 in Citi) on managerial positions within various Operations areas: Payments, Investigations, Time deposits, Loans, Cards , Investments in Corporate and Consumer Businesses. Actively  contributing  in creating  and growing Regional Processing Center of  Bank Handlowy and CSC in Olsztyn  – driving  variety of  migrations, ISO certifications for BH together with experience in Quality and Control areas including  certified trainer role for PDCA (Deming Dimensions)  across  BH & CSC Poland  & Facilitator for Operations Excellence Program

Joanna holds Master Degree in Mathematics from University of Warmia & Mazury in Olsztyn and Post graduated Economic Study on University of Warsaw.
