Ewa Janiszewska-Kirska

Ewa Janiszewska-Kirska has worked in BZWBK for 17 years. Ewa started her career in the bank as a relationship manager responsible for small, medium enterprises and corporates. After several years of close cooperation with our clients she started to develope managing skills.

In 2009 Ewa created and organized regional structure of SME clients. She managed Macro-region Wielkopolski with 30 employees till 2013. The biggest success was award for The Best Macro-region SME in Poland. After the merge BZ WBK with Kredyt Bank Ewa took the role of regional director in retail banking business line. Retail banking cooperates and supports individual clients, micro clients and SME clients.

Ewa manages the team of 9 branches and about 100 employees. She is responsible for budget and sales results, highest level of clients experience and efficient branch network. The very important goal is involvement and self-development of bank employees. Ewa is determined to achieve highest goals and further develop her managing skills.
