Sebastian Arana

Sebastian Arana has a Business Degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (Catholic University) and a Master in Business Administration from Tulane University in New Orleans, USA. Works in 3M since 1999, and most of his career has been in sales & marketing roles in industrial markets, healthcare industry and consumer businesses. For two years held the position of Managing Director in 3M Chile and since April 2014 he was relocated to Warsaw to take a role of Managing Director of 3M in Poland. Member of the advisory board of AMCHAM and UNGC in Poland. His biggest interests are leadership development, management in different cultures, people engagement and coaching. Married, happy father of 2 sons and 2 daughters. Likes to spend time traveling with the family and making sports with his kids.
