Microsoft Board Member

Od stycznia 2014 r. jest dyrektorem Departamentu Usług i Doradztwa, członkiem Leadership w polskim oddziale Microsoft. Paweł dołączył do Microsoftu prawie 5 lat temu jako FSI Lead w segmencie EPG. Dzięki osiąganym wynikom i umiejętności budowania zrównoważonego biznesu Paweł otrzymał nagrodę Platinum Club FY13. Paweł z zespołem FSI opracował wiele udanych projektów. Wykazał swoją dojrzałość i przywództwo w kilku inicjatywach, np. Microsoft Executive Circle lub członek zarządu w Banking Technology Forum / Polish Banking Association. Przed dołączeniem do Microsoft Paweł spędził 15 lat na rynku FSI po stronie biznesowej w Kredyt Banku, Gerling, Zurich Financial Services i Inter Versicherungsgruppe – jako Dyrektor Sprzedaży i Marketingu, w tym m.in. wiceprezes wykonawczy / członek zarządu w Zurychu / Inter. Przed Microsoft był odpowiedzialny przez 5 lat za rynek EPG / PS w Software AG, wiodący dział metod internetowych i zespół BPM, i zapewnił znaczący rozwój biznesu w Polsce.

Since January 2014 he has been the Director of the Department of Services and Consulting, a member of Leadership in the Polish branch  of Microsoft.

Paweł joined Microsoft almost 5 years ago as FSI Lead in EPG segment. As a result of his consistent delivery and ability to build sustainable business Paweł was awarded a Platinum Club FY13.

Paweł with the FSI team have developed many successful projects incl. huge EA agreements renewals with Premier Support and important Services projects on banking & insurance territory. FSI as sub-segment is the best example of the excellence in execution and new approach to BDMs. Paweł proved his seniority and leadership in couple of initiatives e.g. Microsoft Executive Circle or board membership in Banking Technology Forum / Polish Banking Association.

Before joining Microsoft, Paweł spent 15 years on FSI market on business side in Kredyt Bank, Gerling, Zurich Financial Services, and Inter Versicherungsgruppe – as Sales & Marketing Director incl. executive VP/Board Member role in Zurich/Inter. Before Microsoft Paweł was responsible for 5 years for EPG/PS market in Software AG, leading web Methods division and BPM team and delivered the significant business growth in Poland.

He is married and has two daughters. Paweł likes Classical music, jazz, guitar, tennis and skiing.
