Swoje doświadczenie zdobywał w obszarze HR w ciągu ponad 20 lat kariery w najlepszych organizacjach świadczących usługi profesjonalne: Deloitte oraz Ernst & Young. W Deloitte od lipca 2000 r. do czerwca 2004 r. utworzył i zarządzał w Deloitte Polska Usługiami Doradztwa Kapitału Ludzkiego. Od czerwca 2004 r. odpowiedzialny za funkcję HR w Deloitte Polska, a od 2012 r. także w Europie Środkowej. Doświadczenie w obszarze strategicznego zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi dla klientów Deloitte obejmuje szereg projektów i wdrożeń. Nadzorowane są także projekty i wdrożenia w obszarze zarządzania wydajnością, systemów wynagrodzeń i świadczeń. Finalista i laureat nagrody specjalnej w konkursie na tytuł Dyrektora Roku HR w Polsce w 2005 roku. Profesjonalny coach i trener. Wykształcenie: nauki polityczne i tłumaczenia. Założyciel i pierwszy prezes Stowarzyszenia Doradców HR w Polsce. Pomysłodawca i były wiceprezes Fundacji Lesława A. Pagi. Współzałożyciel klubu HR Leaders. Accumulated his experience in HR area during over 20 years long career in top level professional services organizations: Deloitte and Ernst & Young.

In Deloitte since the year 2000. From July 2000 to June 2004 created and managed Deloitte Poland Human Capital Advisory Services. Since June 2004 responsible for HR function In Deloitte Poland and since the year 2012 also in Central Europe.

Experience in the area of strategic HR management for Deloitte clients covers a number of projects and implementations in the areas such as: design and implementation of effective HR management systems including competencies models, organization culture diagnosis, management audit, executive search, individual outplacement, management coaching and interim management. Supervised also projects and implementations in the area of performance management and compensation and benefits systems.

In the previous period in Ernst & Young (since 1992) created an HR Advisory team and was managing consulting activities mainly in the area of executive search, training and HR Advisory.

At the same time (1992-2000) was In charge of internal HR function of Ernst & Young in Poland.

Before joining professional services firms held different positions In foreign trade enterprise Budimex – Cracow branch Office and Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs – Department of Europe, Embassies in Madrid and Paris (training) and Polish General Consulate In Lyon-France (Attaché and Vice-Consul 1987-1991).

Finalist and Special Award In the contest for the title of HR Director of the Year in Poland in the year 2005.

Founder and first President of HR Advisors Association In Poland.
