Katarzyna Szczepańska

Katarzyna rozpoczęła karierę w branży farmaceutycznej jako Przedstawiciel medyczny po ukończeniu z bardzo dobrym wynikiem Zarządzania Biznesem na Uniwersytecie Gdańskim. Był to solidny punkt wyjścia do ponad 18-letniej kariery i zdobycia doświadczenia w marketingu farmaceutycznym w różnych obszarach terapii. Katarzyna z powodzeniem opracowywała strategie marketingowe dla istniejących i nowych produktów dla takich firm jak Astellas, Novo Nordisk, Takeda i Amgen. Ma międzynarodowe doświadczenie; Spędziła prawie 10 lat na tworzeniu i wdrażaniu strategii produktu na poziomie globalnym i regionalnym, mieszkając w Zurychu i Singapurze. Niedawno Katarzyna wróciła do Polski i objęła stanowisko dyrektora jednostki biznesowej w Amgen. Katarzyna potwierdziła umiejętność kierowania zespołami funkcjonalnymi w różnych regionach geograficznych i kulturach .

Katarzyna started her career in the pharmaceutical industry as a Medical Representative after graduating with a very high degree in Business Administration from Gdansk University. That was a solid starting point to the over 18-years career with strong track record in pharmaceutical marketing across therapy areas.

Katarzyna has great experience in managing big innovative brands, niche products and branded generics, at the launch phase as well as late-stage assets. Katarzyna was successfully developing marketing strategies for existing and new products for companies like Astellas, Novo Nordisk, Takeda and Amgen.  She has got the international experience; she spent almost 10 years of creating and executing the product strategy at a global & regional level, living in Zurich and Singapore. Recently Katarzyna moved back to Poland and took up her role as a Business Unit Director at Amgen.

Katarzyna has a proven ability to lead & influence cross functional teams across geographies & cultures. She is passionate, very motivated and an excellent team player who inspires teams to make further progress in enthusiastic, dynamic and effective fashion. Charismatic person always fully committed and engaged in driving projects.
