Dariusz Kraszewski

Partner and Vice President, Deloitte

Dariusz Kraszewski is a consulting partner with 25 years of experience.

In 1990s he helped establish business consulting within Arthur Andersen in Poland, growing the team to 100+ people by 2001.  He co-led the spin-off into a private company (Andersen Business Consulting) in 2002.  After 4 years of profitable growth, in 2006 he led the merger of the 140-people consultancy into Deloitte and went on to be the Deloitte Consulting leader for Poland in 2006-2014 as well as Central Europe (2007-08).

Currently Dariusz is focused on client work, supervising Strategy & Operations team and serving as Talent partner. He has delivered over 100 client projects successfully.  He likes complex projects focused on strategy, performance improvement and organizational transformation. His experience includes also revenue management, supply chain, value-based management and business-driven IT projects.  He works in the non-financial sector with a range of clients, including multinationals, local champions and upcoming private companies.

Graduate of Warsaw School of Economics, holds MBA  from  Booth at University of Chicago (with honors). Completed courses on strategic cost management (Kellogg – USA and INSEAD – France), strategy implementation (Wharton – USA) and e-Commerce  (Dartmouth – USA). His interests include physics, A.I. and cinema.
