Arkadiusz Przybył

Arkadiusz Przybył objął stanowisko Członka Zarządu ds. Dystrybucji detalicznej w Banku Zachodnim WBK 13 marca 2017 r. Wcześniej Arkadiusz pracował w centrali Santander Consumer Finance w Madrycie w 2011 r. jako dyrektor ds. Rozwoju biznesu. W 2012 r. przeniósł się do Santander Consumer Bank Poland (SCB) gdzie objął  stanowisko członka zarządu, a w 2013 r. został prezesem zarządu SCB – lidera finansów konsumenckich w Polsce. W przeszłości Arkadiusz pracował również jako dyrektor bankowości detalicznej w GE Capital Group (Zurych, Paryż), gdzie nadzorował strategię i rozwój bankowości detalicznej w Europie Środkowo-Wschodniej. W latach 2009-2010 był prezesem GE Money Bank na Łotwie. Wcześniej pracował w McKinsey & Company (Warszawa), gdzie był odpowiedzialny za projekty związane z bankowością i ubezpieczeniami w Europie.

Arkadiusz Przybył assumed the position of Management Board Member in Bank Zachodni WBK in charge of Retail Distribution Area on March 13^th,2017.

Before, Arkadiusz worked for Santander Consumer Finance HQ in Madrid in 2011 as Business Development Director. In 2012, he moved to Santander Consumer Bank Poland (SCB) as the Member of the Management Board and in 2013 became the President of the Management Board of SCB – a consumer finance leader in Poland.

In the past, Arkadiusz also worked as Retail Banking Director in GE Capital Group (Zurich, Paris), where he supervised the strategy and retail banking development in Central and Eastern Europe. In 2009-2010, he was the CEO of GE Money Bank in Latvia.

Prior to that, he worked for McKinsey & Company (Warsaw), where he was responsible for projects related to banking and insurance in Europe.

A graduate of the University of Lodz with majors in management and marketing, banking and finance (with honours). He also completed MBA studies at INSEAD in France.
