Collection Strategies Manager  in Bank BPH S.A.

Tatiana Gawinecka is a Risk Manager with 17 years of extensive experience in credit risk management and collection strategies, successfully mitigating risks while reducing costs, improving operational processes and increasing business profitability. Balancing strategic plans and regulatory requirements with customer needs, she developed and improved a number of strategies and processes increasing the company’s efficiency. She works in Bank BPH S.A. which is a part of the GE Capital group. Her position in a global organization allowed her to enhance her experience thanks to a 6-month work placement in the Bank in Switzerland, Zurich.

Her background is in economics. In 1997 she received her Master’s degree from The University of Gdańsk. Additionally in 2011 she attended post-graduate studies in law and management at The University of Technology in Gdańsk.

In her leisure time she enjoys reading detective novels and watching volleyball matches. Her latest passion is exploring the natural landscape in the company of her dog.
