Patrycja is a Director in Deloitte Consulting leading the Brand Strategy & Consumer Research Service Line in Poland.
She has over 18 years experience in building brand and marketing strategies and innovations. She leads the team of experts with international business expertise, using advanced cultural and market research – conducted over 300 strategic projects in Poland and CEE. Her key competences are coordination and supervision over projects in the field of strategy, marketing and consumer research, both on local and international level. Patrycja advises major companies from FMCG, Banking & Insurance, Telecommunications, Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals, Sports and media sectors.
Patrycja is an experienced coach and facilitator specializing in designing training techniques and methods of generating effective solutions.
Patrycja has an MA in Marketing and Management, Warsaw University. She gained experience in Millward Brown Kantar Group and was a Partner co-managing Stratosfera Brand Consulting company which was acquired by Deloitte in 2015.
Mother of two daughters, loves skiing (runs giant slalom) and Netflix series.
