Country Customer Logistics Manager

Magdalena Padewska leads the Customer Logistic Team at Coca-Cola HBC Poland, which is the link between Supply Chain and Sales Department, responsible for close co-operation with trade partners. Magdalena has started her professional career at Coca-Cola HBC Polska in 2012 on a student internship. She gained experience in various areas as a specialist, an analyst and a manager. During her 5-year career in Coca-Cola HBC Poland, as the leader of x-functional teams, she carried out a number of innovative projects in Warehouse, Contract and Customer Logistic Departments, creating added value not only for the organization, but also for collaborating partners. With her varied experience she offers unique blend of leadership, vision and knowledge.

As a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, she received a master’s degree in Logistics Engineering. She is the beneficiary “Go up” programme dedicated to talented employees in Coca-Cola HBC. In 2016, Magdalena has received the Polish National Sales Award in “Sales Innovation” category for creating added value in cooperation with Customers. Being a participant of “Play to win” contest, she won the title of “2016 Employee of the Year”.  Thanks to the projects co-created by Magdalena, Coca-Cola HBC Polska has been repeatedly appreciated in the Supply Chain Designer plebiscite organized by Eurologistics publisher.

Magdalena is deeply interested in personal development, she successfully pursues her career and personal plans with help of B. Tracy’s quote “By realizing our plans, we fulfill our dreams”. As a perfectionist, she raises the standards, set high targets for herself and for others. She is also active&healthy lifestyle lover.
