Katarzyna Bownik finished University of Economics in Wroclaw earning the title of Masters of Engineering and dreaming of working for one of famous cosmetic companies.

The reality was different. In 2002 started to work in marketing for Air Products, one of the biggest American gas companies. That time adventure with B2B began.

In 2006 started to work for 3M in Personal Safety Division leading marketing of different portfolio. From 2012 managing marketing in Abrasives System Division, one of 3M’s heartland divisions. The key achievements of the team was receiving Effie & Golden Clip awards for the conducted campaigns.

Job in B2B gives her a lot of satisfaction thanks to new challenges, creating & developing new solutions, direct meetings with customers. That drives her in B2B the most.

Believes in team strength. Trying to build strong team by engaging people, giving them responsibilities & new challenges.

Privately married. Mother of 9 year old football player & 7 year old small princess. Loves to actively spend time with family, but when possible watching Almodovar movies & reading polish criminal books.
