Karolina graduated from the Poznań University of Economics followed by further developed of her business qualifications within membership in the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants.

Has been with BZWBK  for over 16 years. During this time she was responsible for cost reporting activities within Controlling Area, taking active role in M&A as well as restructuring initiatives being a part of BAU. She also successfully implemented Santander standards in the local environment by way of joining best local and global practices in cost management.

In late 2015 Karolina took up her current role a as Head of Expense Management.  Manages organizational budgets together and promotes  efficiency initiatives aiming in smooth achievement of strategic targets.

Married, with daughter. Enjoys traveling with the family and practices running.
