Key & Corporate Accounts Specialized Sales Director
During 18 years of my professional career I had been involved in the sales of telecommunications , mobile and ICT solutions and services, gained my experience starting from Sales Manager – Key Account Manager position. For the past 6 years, I have successfully implemented strategies for OPL’s market share of the mobile services and telemetry market increase. Always building and maintaining relations with client’s executives with strong focus on technologically advanced projects. Currently, facing the challenge of building the team which will be dedicated to public sector customer in Poland. New initiative is covering effective sales strategy for the IoT and ICT market as well.
Clear understanding of customer service and its impact on the level of customer satisfaction and perception of company position on the market is the key to implement effective strategy.
For the last 12 years I have held managerial positions within the Orange Group. For 3,5 years I have led a group of managers. The key for all successes are the qualified and motivated people, that is why I always pushing for the team development, to reach the level of competences when goals are achieved independently with consistence on sales process, strong emphasis on building valuable business relationships with the customer.
I graduated from Warsaw University, Faculty of Economics. Post graduate studies from the Academy of Leadership Psychology.
Private – mother of two sons of Kacper and Olaf, 16 and 12 years old, dog guardian Hektor and two cats, half wild.
I spend my free time reading books, mainly criminals and biography. I am discovering sport again, encouraging my children to move more and more. I love sailing and pushing myself to run at least two days a week.
