Justyna’s educational backgroud includes a MA in Economics (2007) from University of Białystok.
In 2005 she took part in Erasmus Exchange Programme and spent one year in Gödöllő, Hungary.
In 2005 and 2006 she was highlighted with Fellowship of the Minister of Education for Distinguished Achievements.
Justyna graduated 4th edition of School of Interactive Marketing conducted by SAR Marketing Communication Association (2015) and got Master in Communication and Advertising (2016) from Marketing Communication Academy.
One part creative, one part analytical, two parts engaged. Her first „real job” was researcher at headhunting company, which she had left for position in media agency. Communication and media were the things that she found really captivating, but on agency side rather too narrow.
With experience gained in media agencies from globally well-know groups, such as: SMVG/Publicis Group, GroupM and Omnicom Group, Justyna started a journey on broadcaster side. She works in TVN Media since 2012, with few promotions within Strategic Team in Research&Development Department. She is a member of new structure’s project team for sales forces.
Passionate about media and marketing she believes she is T-shaped person with fine marcom background. Earned solid reputation for being enthusiastic, efficient, innovative and hands-on.
In her free time, Justyna loves to travel and cook (in that order) with her husband and two daughters: Hannah and Zoe.
