Joanna joined Google in 2007 as the first employee of the newly opened Wroclaw site. Since then, she held multiple positions in the company, recently managing service operations for DACH and subsequently Russia&CIS markets. In 2017, Joanna moved to People Operation organization, becoming People Partner for the CEE region. In her role, she is a trusted advisor and consultant to the senior leadership team. She is responsible for building organizational health, managing talent, driving people-related initiatives and setting strategy for people operations programs.
Joanna graduated from Kiel University in Germany with a master degree in e-business and University of Silesia with a degree in English Philology. She is happy mother of 3.5 year old Jagoda and 1.5 year old Jaś, passionated about children education.
