Agnieszka Walter

Agnieszka is a licensed tax advisor, graduate from the University of Economics in Kraków. Member of Deloitte Transfer Pricing Team.

Agnieszka leads Deloitte’s transfer pricing practice in South of Poland (Katowice, Kraków, Rzeszów Offices). She has over twenty-year experience in the tax gained during work for tax advisory companies but also for tax authorities. Agnieszka started her career at Deloitte in 2005.

She specializes in transfer pricing, especially intra-group transaction planning. She advised during biggest Polish restructuring (especially in energy sector) and tax planning transactions. Agnieszka has significant experience in projects for energy and mining companies. In particular she has worked for Tauron, EDF, Energa, KW, JSW, KHW. She also successfully represents clients during tax proceedings and before the Administrative Courts.

She took a part, as a lecturer and listener, in numerous domestic and international tax and industry trainings. Editor and co-author of CH Beck’s Commentary on Polish Corporate Income Tax Act.
