Agata Jasińska

Customer Service Department Manager

Agata joined MetLife in March 1998 as an Agency Secretary. She moved to Customer Service (CS) Department shortly and had a number of different positions starting from Junior Specialist to Team Supervisor in 2002. She was promoted to CS Department Manager position in 2005. At that moment CS Department was responsible only for individual type of clients. During 2015-2016 Agata was responsible for MetLife Baltics branches liquidation project and transferring service of Baltics clients to Warsaw. She also coordinated implementation of Fraud Prevention program in MetLife. From Oct 2016 Agata is responsible for new synergized CS Department which provides service to all lines of business: individual clients, Employee Benefits, Credit Life and Baltics. Additionally Agata is responsible for Operations projects & planning team.

In 2016 she was deeply engaged in restructuring process (including reduction of staff) and synergy of new CS Department.

Agata holds a master degree in economics (on Warsaw’s University). Additionally Agata completed postgraduate studies in Internal Audit (on Koźmiński Academy in Warsaw). Agata lives in Warsaw with her family.
