On the 6th of October, 3M in the partnership with Vital Voices Poland organised Business Breakfast dedicated to top management of 3M and Vital Voices mentors.
All participants had the opportunity to hear two power speeches by Mike Ottesen- 3M Human Resources Director, International Operations and Julie Bushman – 3M Executive Vice President, International Operations followed by the panel discussion “Leadership of the Future. Diversity at heart of success and growth acceleration” moderated by Michał Kobosko with his panelists: Julie Bushman and Isabel Gomes from 3M, Iwona Georgijew – Partner and Diversity Leader at Deloitte and Mark Loughran – MD at Microsoft Poland.
