Magdalena Stańska-Żaczek is a sales person in Dell Poland. She represent Large Institutions Department. She works with large retails companies. Thanks to the very good results in sales Enterprise solutions in 2014 she was co-responsible for preparing training cycle for the other sales persons. Magda joined Dell in 2006 from the insurance company Link4, where she was responsible for selling car insurances. She was the best seller of the year. At current employer Magda began a career as an Internal Sales for acquisition customers. Thanks to her engagement and very good sales results she was promoted to the department of Global Costumers. She was cooperating with the biggest Polish companies as TPSA (Orange), ERA (t-mobile), PZU, PKN Orlen. She was responsible for placing Dell Consumer products on the Polish market (the first promotion with TPSA- Notebook with Neostrada) and one of the largest deal of client products to a large Polish telecom with installation and data migration (about 11,000 pieces of equipment). In 2011, she was promoted to the current position Account Executive. She was awarded many times by local and Regional Senior Management Team (winner EMEA Circle Of Excellence FY15) for achieving great sales results. Her next planned step on a career path is taking the position of Sales Manager.
