Magdalena Salamucha is Marketing Supervisor for 3M Poland, part of 3M company, an American multinational corporation – one of mostly admired technology based innovative companies with over 100 history, operating in multiple markets offering 60 000 products worldwide.
She has 15 years’ experience in marketing including both FMCG as well as BTB markets. She started her career in Grupa Żywiec, than continued in Kraft Foods (currently Mondelēz International). Since 10 years in 3M Poland working in many different divisions including Traffic Safety, Commercial Graphics, Electronics, Energy and Telecommunication. Always in marketing positions, with growing responsibility in terms of size of the business as well as scope of tasks.
Since 3 years responsible for overall marketing in one out of five business groups. Manages highly diversified portfolio divided into 5 division, over 3000 products, 5 different markets and several different business models (direct, distribution, projects). Responsible for portfolio management, new products launches, pricing, channel and communication. Responsibility for divisional and business group P&L. Strong customer focus.
She participates in many regional as well as local initiatives including Marketing excellence committee, Woman Leadership Forum or Channel transition initiative. Many times recognized for marketing programs on local, regional and global level (ex. Global Marketing Excellence Award).
Magda holds Master Degree in International Economics; specialization Marketing from Warsaw School of Economics. She has completed a number of marketing and leadership training courses.
Privately married, two kids (4 and 7 years old). Loves to travel around the world, especially backpacking.
