Customer Experience & Communication Manager, MetLife
Ewa has held customer experience & communications leadership roles for MetLife in Poland since April 2016, initially as Communications and Promotion Manager starting in 2013.
She commenced her professional career in 1996 as a sales representative in a small design and furnishings company. In 1999 she joined MetLife as Agency Operational Specialist in in Bialystok, one year later she was appointed as Operations Specialist in Eastern Poland. In 2006 she changed her position to Personal Assistant Sales Agency Head and after 9 months she moved to Marketing Department as Sales Promotion Specialist. Then holding a managerial position she was responsible for conferences and events in the company. In 2013 she was promoted to Communications and Promotion Manager and in 2015 to Corporate Communication Manager being responsible for internal communication, sponsorship, media relations and CSR activities.
Since 2013 she has been nominated by MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Events) professional monthly personality of the year for professional cooperation in a customer category.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and management from Bialystok University of Technology as well as a master’s degree in HR management from the University of Warsaw. She is also a graduate of London School of Public Relations in Poland.
