Elżbieta Płochocka holds a role in Policy Owner Services Department at MetLife since July 1998. She progressed achieving different levels of development and in 2011 was ready to take managerial responsibility.
She joined Amplico Life in 1998, and over her 17 years of experience in the individual insurance policy business she developed her skills together with the company. For many years she supported Customer Service Department Manager and took care of building safe and good control system in the Department and coordinated all projects run by the Company. Her last role in MetLife is Customer Service Department Manager . She holds a degree from the Warsaw University, Faculty of Physics. She lives near Warsaw with her husband and two kids.
