Head of HR
Anna graduated from the Univeristy of Warsaw after 5 years of study with a first class master’s degree in Applied Social Sciences. She also attained a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management at the Warsaw School of Social Sciences and Humanities, which prepared her for a successful role as HR Business Partner. During her career Anna has successfully supported business leaders in senior HR roles in different industries, including the highly regulated banking and pharmaceutical sectors.
Working in different sectors has given Anna a broad understanding of business as well as industry specifics. With highly transferable skills she has progressed through varying HR roles becoming the HR Head in The Royal Bank of Scotland, Poland. In this role Anna played a crucial role in building a center of excellence for RBS in resulting in the creation of 800 mew roles.
After 5 years in banking Anna moved to Amgen as Head of HR, one of the world’s leading biotechnology companies. Having served on the senior management teams in her previous role Anna has been successfully supporting the organization and has a vital role in driving and delivering on business aspirations and strategy.
Anna has also completed the Fast Track Core Essential Programme for Coaches in 2005 and since then has been successfully supporting leader development via internal coaching programs.
Anna has delivered transformational change to organization culture, embedding high performance and sustaining change. She has a proven track record in designing and implementing HR strategies and as a holder of an international perspective successfully adopted global organization standards in combination with local requirements that provide the best outcome for supporting local commercial imperatives.
