Shared Service Manager
Psychologist and manager with a 11 years of experience in the area of HR and HR management.
Till the end of August, I was managing a team – Competence Center that performs tasks in the area of soft HR for 4 different branches of the company – BU Express, PARCEL, Fracht and Gerlach (3,000 employees in total). My position required independence and responsibility for the decisions made. In my daily work, I had the opportunity to exhibit high initiative and manage short-term and long-term action strategy in the area of soft HR. I also worked with DHL partners, regional and foreign offices. Working with people is very satisfying to me, and my involvement and my skills are appreciated by my current employer, and this allows me to participate as a Talent in multiple diverse projects that are related to improving competence levels.
From the beginning of September I’m responsible for shared service for department of payroll, health and safety, employees programs (insurance, medical care, social benefits fund) for 4 different branches of the company – BU Express, PARCEL, Fracht and Gerlach (3,000 employees in total)
My professional objective is to continue to develop management-related skills, which will result in the future the possibility to take the position of HR manager.
