Urszula Ciółko has completed International Relations studies at Uniwersytet Jagielloński in 2009 and started her career in Procter & Gamble right after. For the first years she has been responsible for direct cooperation with retailer chains as sales representative, then as key account manager. After direct sales experience, in 2014 she moved to Central Europe Feminine Care trade marketing position. In 2015 she has been promoted to team & business leader, getting one of her biggest dreams – managing people – come true. As personal development is her passion, in 2017 she has completed post graduate studies and became professional coach.
