As of 1st of January 2013 Ewa Krakowiak-Świątnicka was nominated for HR Head for CEE Region (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Bulgaria,Hungary, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan)
Since 2010 she was holding a position of HR Head for Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Turkey and Israel.
Ewa holds a position of Supervisory Board Member at Bank Handlowy Brokerage House.
Ewa joined Citi in 2005 in the position of HR Head for Poland. Before Citi she worked inter alia for Carlsberg Poland as a Vice President and HR Director, Johnson & Johnson Poland as a HR Director.
Ewa is an active member of many organizations, inter alia she hold a position of a Sponsor at Citi Women Network and a Mentor at Vital Voices and Humanities Foundations. She is a Member of the Program Council at International Management Center at the University of Warsaw. Ewa also works as a Volunteer at Leopold Kronenberg Foundation.
Ewa was an Internal Coach for BLP participants and a Facilitator for LC3. During Ewa’s tenure Citi Handlowy was rewarded with a Top Employer award. Reward was granted for years 2011, 2012 and 2013. In 1998 Ewa was rewarded in a countrywide contest with „Best HR Director” title.
Ewa graduated from Wroclaw University in Poland.
