Country Manager, Fiserv Poland
Aleksandra Gren is a Country Manager for Fiserv Poland, part of a leading global financial technology company Fiserv, Inc (NASDAQ: FISV). She has nearly 20 years of experience in the financial technology sector in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Her current responsibilities include organizing, structuring and leading new technology initiatives for major EMEA-based financial institutions, with a focus on Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). Aleks started her career at the Royal Bank of Canada and prior to her current role, she held positions of business consultant, client partner and sales to global universal banks as well as fintech challengers and start-ups.
Aleks holds a B.A. in International Relations from University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada and a M.Sc. in Policy Making from London School of Economics in London, UK. She has completed a number of executive industry and leadership training courses (HBS, Fortune). She is an advocate of women’s leadership and women in tech initiatives. She is a member of the Advisory Board of Vital Voices Poland Chapter and a Trustee of the Vital Voices Europe Board in London, UK. Vital Voices is a U.S. women leadership empowerment organizations investing globally. In 2015, Aleks was selected to participate in the Fortune/U.S. State Department Global Mentoring Partnership for emerging global women leaders. During the one-month program, she was mentored by Kathleen Murphy, President at Fidelity Investments in Boston, U.S – nr. 35 on the Most Powerful Women 2016 Fortune Ranking. In 2015, Aleks was nominated as the Ambassador of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy of the “Parity in Business” Initiative in Poland. She is married with 4 children.
