Has started her professional journey by joining GE Money Bank of Poland in 2001. Now, having over 15 years of experience in the banking sector gained in various functions, organizations and countries she is entrepreneurial Leader with proven operational talents for driving vision and building customer-focused and efficient solutions. Highly successful in developing leadership talents and building top-performing motivated teams.
Starting as a Project Manager, with different projects and areas she gained wide knowledge about organizations. Since 2008 working as a Managing Director in Retail Banking area she is jointly responsible for building Sales Strategy, processes and full product range available in the network of own branches and franchisees of Bank BPH SA. During her career she successfully led legal and operational mergers acquiring a lot from each change. She confesses to the approach of the Customer Centricity and employees as being the biggest asset of an organization.
